TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- I understand that other R2R members will be able to view the information that I provided in my R2R application.
- I understand that Rescues 2the Rescue will review my information and notify me by email once my membership has been approved.
- I understand that R2R shelter/rescue membership is not open to breeders or organizations that sell dogs for profit. If I am unable to provide ample information to indicate legitimacy of our operations I may be denied membership.
- I understand that Rescues 2the Rescue is not responsible for any representations made by R2R members.
- I understand that any information submitted to this site will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
- I agree to use the information provided on this website only for the R2R program.
- I understand that access to this website may be restricted or terminated at any time and that any R2R member may be removed from the program at the sole discretion of R2R.
- I understand and agree that any right or permission granted to R2R in these Terms and Conditions, in the Codes of Conduct or elsewhere applies equally to and may be exercised by International Fund for Animal Welfare, Inc. (“IFAW”) and/or Working Dogs for Conservation (“WDC”), either acting together or separately.
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR TRAINERS
- will honestly represent myself, my organization, and dogs that I post.
- I will disclose what is to become of dogs that don't pass training before acquiring/placing a candidate dog, and then I will follow through with that agreed upon action.
- I agree to share experiences about dogs exchanged through this program with Rescues 2the Rescue.
- I verify that I have never been charged with animal cruelty or abuse.
- I will conduct myself in a professional manner.
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR SHELTERS
- I will post dogs that I believe to be healthy, and fully disclose known health and behavioral history.
- I will honestly represent myself, my organization, and dogs that I post.
- I will disclose what is to become of dogs that don't pass training before acquiring/placing a candidate dog, and then I will follow through with that agreed upon action.
- I agree to share experiences about and photos of dogs exchanged through this program with Rescues 2the Rescue.
- I verify that I have never been charged with animal cruelty or abuse.
- I will conduct myself in a professional manner.

RESCUES 2THE RESCUE, WORKING DOGS FOR CONSERVATION, INTERNATIONAL FUND FOR ANIMAL WELFARE, INC., THEIR AFFILIATES, AND RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, TRUSTEES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND SUPPLIERS (THE “PARTIES”) ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR, AND OFFER NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING, THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS OR TIMELINESS OF ANY OF THE CONTENT.
