Tilly is a gorgeous girl with loads of personality. She is a sweet and sassy bundle of energy. Tilly came to us from a busy city shelter where she lived with a foster. While Tilly is very sweet girl she still has some work ahead of her as her she still needs to work on her manners and appropriate play.
