Bucky - Rescues 2the Rescue

Bucky

Bucky

I’d like to donate Bucky to someone interested in training him for search-and-rescue or any other work for which he might be suitable. I originally fostered him but then adopted him from the local animal shelter with the intention of finding him a working dog training placement because he had been returned to the shelter three times in less than a year after unsuccessful adoptions. He has a very high activity need/level, capable of playing with another dog 3-4 hours per session and still having energy to play more. He is ball obsessive and naturally retrieves, returning the ball most of the time and maintaining his interest for a good period of time. He is good-natured, not aggressive in any way, welcomes activity with any dog or person he meets. While he is very active, he is able to settle down at night. Bucky's first evaluation tests are included in the video in this profile.  You can see his full evaluation playlist on our YouTube channel at: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLNmxDYewYD8FyISjc28_WFyWhrAoxtOa4
